The Bible doesn't tell us exactly what choices to make; rather, it imparts wisdom on how to discern life's decisions. Old Testament scholar Tremper Longman states, "Wisdom is knowing the right time and the right circumstance to apply the right principle to the right person." In other words, wisdom is the ability to live well.

Scripture tells us that the path to wisdom begins with the fear of the Lord. When we learn to fear the Lord, we understand how to live life well and with purpose. In this retreat, let's explore together what the fear of the Lord means for us and how we can embark on the path to wisdom! 🙌
